Vintage 1980s strapless romper in sky blue terry cloth. Elastic bust and waist, front pockets, decorative rainbow tie at front bust. Step in style. Not lined. In very good condition, one faint spot under the bust elastic. See last photo. 

No tags. No size tag. Feels like cotton but it is probably a blend.
